Single Room: $11,742.00 PER SCHOOL YEAR
Double Room: $9,167 PER SCHOOL YEAR

Cleaning Fee: $100.00

Deposit will be returned at the end of the year pending condition of room and items property of The Brown Building. Cleaning fee covers end of year cleaning once room is vacated. Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their room and suite during their stay.

The Brown Building’s Parking Terms & Conditions

Access cards may only be used for the entry of the vehicle registered with The Brown Building. Access cards may not be shared or used for entry by any other vehicle. Any vehicle in the parking lot that is not registered with The Brown Building will be towed at the owner’s expense.
The owner of the registered vehicle (the “Owner”) assumes all the risk in utilizing the parking lot. The Brown Building does not promise or guarantee the safety or protection of any vehicle in any manner whatsoever. The Brown Building and its owners and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that may result directly or indirectly from the parking of any car in the parking lot. To that end, the Owner of the vehicle waives all claims of every kind against The Brown Building and its owners and agents related to or arising out of the use of the parking lot and the Owner’s vehicle.
Furthermore, the Owner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold The Brown Building and its owners and agent harmless from any liability or damages arising out of any liability, damages or injury sustained by the Owner of any vehicle utilizing the parking lot.
